Estate Planning and Elder Law In-Person
Kathleen Rose, Esq., LMSW present a free seminar on estate
planning and elder law at your organization for adults and
seniors. Kathleen is an attorney who is licensed in Social
Work. The areas she would cover are essential estate planning
documents, such as wills, living wills, power of attorneys, and
health care proxies. She would also discuss long-term care/
Medicaid planning and “Pitfalls of Probate.”
